This project comprises the construction of 2 Nr industrial units together with underground services management, external and site development works and landscaping, in a busy industrial estate of the M50, Dublin.
The two units are structural steel framed, with curtain walling & external wall & roof cladding – they will comprise food storage and distribution facilities, together with offices, staff changing, w/c’s, kitchen and ancillary space.
Site works include – significant excavation and preparatory works, car parking, tactile paving. streetscape and soft landscaping including tree, hedge & wildflower planting.
