Connolly & Fee are experts in construction delivery –we are a building and civil engineering contractor with the capacity to deliver both construction works and design services for our clients.
We are proficient in design & build, develop and construct and build only works. We have a team of expert consultancy partners who, as required, produce detailed, workable design in line with the Clients brief.
Our construction remit encompasses both civil engineering and building works – our in-house expertise coupled with that of our first tier supply chain partners yields unrivaled results time and time again.

Education
Delivering quality, stylish, sustainable buildings for primary, secondary and third level educational organisations. Connolly & Fee are renowned for the construction of new school facilities as well as the restoration, extension & enhancement of existing facilities. We are also proficient in delivering outdoor sports and recreation space for educational facilities (including 3G pitches).
Commerical
Connolly & Fee have, and continue to deliver high end private and public commercial schemes. Our commercial portfolio encompasses new build and refurbishment works for office facilities, retail units, filling stations, exhibition and art spaces and much more.
Historic Building Restoration
They say ‘old buildings have soul’ – at Connolly & Fee we have a wealth of experience in breathing new life into listed and historic buildings – we work alongside NIEA, Conservation Architects and our specialist supply chain partners in meticulously restoring and upgrading historic buildings to realise the Client’s vision and rejuvenate the old soul. We understand that maintaining the fabric, feel and aesthetic intention of the original build and design is key to success in this sector

Connolly & Fee is one of Northern Ireland’s foremost home builders – with 50 years’ experience and a back catalogue of schemes encompassing social, affordable and private housing our capability within this sector is unrivaled. We have a strong working relationship with many local social and affordable housing providers and are experienced in build only and design & build delivery routes.
Community/Health/ Leisure
