History & Legacy
Established in 1970, in Coalisland, Co. Tyrone, Connolly & Fee set about delivering high quality building and civil engineering project for its clients. Working for both the public and private sectors, we quickly established a reputation for excellence – resulting in steady growth, both in terms of work type and sector.
As we look to our 50th year in business we are proud to be a leader in the Northern Irish construction market – with expertise across multiple delivery sectors including education, community, recreation and leisure, restoration & heritage, private, affordable & social housing and commercial. Within these sectors we are proficiently delivering via build only, develop & construct and design and build procurement routes.

Our Environmental Management System is ISO14001 accredited. Our commitment to environmental practice is woven into the fabric of the business’s day to day functionality as well as its project objectives. We continually strive to reduce our carbon footprint and to enhance environment. We work with Clients in reducing the environmental impact of their builds and so the lifecycle costs of same. We support the communities in which we are working through a variety of activities, corporate sponsorships, educational initiatives and bespoke events. We are affiliated with Aware NI – Northern Irelands leading depression charity – providing mental health, meditation & wellbeing workshops for our staff and raising funds for much needed services
