Connolly & Fee has been appointed as Main Contractor on this development, which will see the construction of a new workspace hub on the former police station site in Glengormley town centre. The 16,000sq ft state-of-the-art flagship building will host modern flexible office/workspace for new startup and early growth businesses – with communal collaborative space, meeting/conference facilities, catering facilities, showering facilities and storage space.
The office block will be accessible 24/7 and include a parking area and plaza with hard and soft landscaping.
