Construction of a new Service Station at Kinnegar Road, Belfast as part of Maxol’s Ireland-wide Expansion Plan.
Works comprised new build retail store, with coffee shop and deli counter together with forecourt construction and fuel pump installation. We worked in tandem with fit-out and fuel specialist supply chain partners to ensure an aesthetic and functional finish that fitted with the companies branding and business model.
Maxol’s Chief Operating Officer explained that the company had ‘developed our new concept following an extensive brand audit. The outcome reflects our aspiration to be the leader in forecourt and convenience retailing across the island of Ireland. We believe that Maxol’s new image is much more vibrant and will allow the brand to relate much more effectively with all of our customers, both young and old.’
