This project comprises the design & construction of the new Gaelscoil Ui Neill in Coalisland.
The works include demolition of the existing community facilities onsite and construction of a new 7 base Primary School and 26-pupil Nursery School, together with site works, planting, a playground, roads and car-parking provision and works to the public highway.
The school is designed in accordance with the Department of Education’s Building Handbook for current editions of Primary / Nursery Schools. The new buildings are designed to be aesthetically excellent, economical, functional and robust, built with low maintenance materials and flexibility to allow future adaption or modifications.
