This project saw the construction of a vibrant, state-of-the-art primary school and nursery school on a greenfield site at Strahans Road, Strabane. The primary school is a seven-class base facility arranged across a single storey and extending to approximately 1,600sqm GIFA. The nursery school is a single unit facility arranged across a single storey and extending to approximately 170sqm GIFA.
In addition to construction of the primary school and nursery school buildings, there were associated site works, planting, a playground, roads and car-parking provision and works to the public highway.
