This project saw the delivery of 54 state-of-the art, energy efficient homes including houses, bungalows & apartments at Upper Dunmurry Lane, Belfast. The development was constructed around a beautiful communal green area, for new residents to socialise / relax / reflect.
The ambitious development marks a new chapter for the local community, enhancing the area. It accommodates 193 people and meets a significant housing need that existed in the local area.
