Alterations and construction of an extension to an existing three-storey Grade B listed building at 7 Annadale Avenue Belfast – to provide 8 self-contained apartments for young adults transitioning out of the care system, together with office and reception facilities.
The works comprised improvements & up-grades to the existing building including repointing works to the façade, specialist brick moulding, window restoration, internal remodelling and redecoration.
The extension was designed to marry into the fabric of the Listed Building (with a complimentary aesthetic). It was constructed with traditional strip concrete foundations, cavity brick walls, trussed rafter roof structure with slates and aluminium window & doors.
