This project comprises the design & construction of the new Rowandale Integrated Primary School in Moira. The facilities comprise 14 classroom teaching spaces and storage rooms. A multipurpose hall with associated boy and girl toilets, changing accommodation for boy and girl pupils and a multipurpose hall store. A small group /Medical Inspection Room. Resource areas for learning support and associated storage rooms. A library with audio visual and a group activity room. A hygiene room. A computer hub room. A Principal’s Office.
A staff room and staff toilets. Toilet and cloak space for P1,2 and 5. Combined toilet and cloak space for P3 and 4, and P6 and P7 pupils. General office for administration. A caretaker’s office. A central store. Stores for cleaners, PE equipment, mats, adult chairs, stage materials stores and a consumables store. Dining hall and full operational kitchen for school meals accommodation. Circulation, plant space and ancillary accommodation. Together with external and site development works and landscaping.
