RECRUITMENT NOTICE – SITE MANAGER ROLE

Connolly & Fee is seeking to recruit a Site Manager for the completion of 22nr Social Housing Units located in Belfast. As a successful Site Manager, you will be CSR (Site Supervisor) registered, and hold a First Aid at work certificate. You will ideally come from a construction engineering or trades background and have previous experience as the lead on medium to large-scale residential projects, preferably in the social housing market. Strong communication & interpersonal skills are essential in order to motivate the site team to the successful delivery of £multi-million projects on time, to budget and to the standard required by the client. The opportunity is approx. for 10 months with further opportunities within the company possible depending on market conditions.
