Connolly & Fee recently handed over the superb new build Waterside Youth Centre & Offices, Derry/Londonderry. This project for the Education Authority (Northern Ireland) comprised fully accessible staff offices, sports hall/multi-use facilities, wc’s, kitchens, sensory space, climbing wall & breakout area. It was shortlisted as a finalist in this years UK GO Awards and has been adopted by the EA as a Social Value Case Study.
