We are fast approaching handover of Phase 1 of ABC Community Hub. The development, which is situated on the site of the former St. Gemma’s High School at Ardoyne Avenue will deliver modern & much needed mixed-use community facilities into the area.
The Phase 1 building comprises sports and changing facilities for ABC Trust; together with Workshops and learning spaces for BTCNI, including computer suites and joinery and bricklaying classrooms. BTCNI are acquiring much needed facilities which will ensure the excellent training of new generation construction apprentices.
Phase 2 will commence shortly and will deliver gym and boxing club facilities, a healthy living cafe, dance studio and multi-use space, together with a central courtyard and outdoor amenities.
