Connolly & Fee is currently constructing two industrial units for P&B foods Ltd (the home of the Heera brand), at Huntstown Business Park, Dublin. Each unit will house a warehouse / logistics centre, ancillary office space and staff facilities. The development will also see the provision of staff and visitor car parking and cycle parking spaces; articulated vehicle and van parking; site fencing, gates, signage, underground drainage and attenuation, landscaping, and boundary treatment.
The project is moving at pace, the erection of structural steelwork to both buildings is now complete with blockwork, precast flooring and stairs well underway. The co-operative, proactive approach adopted by the Client and their team, including JSA Architects, Ryan Associates and Albert Strain Associates, has been integral to the delivery process.
