Connolly & Fee has been appointed as Main Contractor for the construction of a new Community Hub building for The ABC Trust & Belfast City Council, at the former St Gemma’s High School, Ardoyne Avenue.
The building will see the delivery of community offices, cafe, gym, boxing club, minor halls and associated facilities. External works includes community allotments and a hard landscape public open space.
