C&F has been announced as the winner of this years CEF Social Housing Award, for Graham Street Apartments, Lisburn. This is a wonderfully deserving project, on which we overcame multiple challenges (including retention of listed structures, underground spring, demolition and asbestos removal on a tight urban site) to deliver an aesthetically excellent build, into an area with significant need.
We want to extend a massive congratulations to our entire team (with a special mention to Peter McCabe – Site Manager, Donna Molloy – Project Quantity Surveyor, Ryan Carson – HSEQ Manager and Shane Connolly – Project Director). We also want to extend our congratulations to the wonderful Client team CONNSWATER HOMES LTD. and design team, Hall Black Douglas Architects whose vision, collaboration and support were integral to the projects success.
